Let Go & Grow
Let Go & Grow is a 21-Day Transformation Journey to encourage mindfulness, self-inquiry, and manifestation. This course uses affirmations, mindfulness, and self-empowerment to break through mental, emotional, and energetic blocks.
We will simply choose 1 habit to break and 1 habit to cultivate over a 21 day period. This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to create new resolutions & wellness habits.
This transformation journey is self-paced but you do have the option to join in community accountability calls. Community meetings promote empathy & encouragement.
Letting Go & Grow requires discipline, presence, & a willingness to listen to the mind. When we live mindfully, we create more joy and Self-Love. Together, we will consciously mold our mindsets to engage in consistent heart-centered awareness.

Dharma Workshop: Loving-Kindness Metta Meditation
Metta meditations bring awareness to your heart center, and innate loving-kindness. In this workshop you will learn how to cherish yourself and your loved ones by allowing space for forgiveness and gratitude.
